- RRRhinestoneEyes5 days ago1.0Chaotic with no clarity to customers what the system is, who to go to and where. You end up being directed from one person to another and customers are visibly confused and annoyed. You’re told to scan a QR code then wait and wait while you see free staff standing around. Messy. Some signs telling you what the process is would be a start.
- RSRui Santos5 days ago1.08 minutes late for a Genius Bar appointment, been told it has been cancelled and that I should have re-scheduled before arriving late. Re-scheduling link never worked in the first place as I always got the message: "We are unable to complete your request at this time." Been told I can wait for the walk-in service which had a waiting time of 2.5-3.5 hours. Appaling store for customer service. They just focus on selling products.

Im on holiday from Australia and he was the nicest worker Ive ever met! Had so much fun talking with him and hearing his stories! If you ever buy something and Dee serves you, you are in luck, 10/10 experience and 10/10 customers service :)

Both the 1st floor collecting picking area staffs , or the 2 nd floor maintenance area staffs are extremely horrible . Feels like at 1 st floor product collecting area ,they wish you collect and quickly leave , 2 nd floor shockingly the manager and a team leader look like I own you money ,0 customer service .

I was DJing in London that evening and my MacBook had stopped working. Even though they were busy and I didn’t have an appointment the three of them took the time to fix my laptop and saved my evening! Massive appreciation for your help. Legends.
